The Branding & Marketing Consultant will craft an impactful brand, comprehensive marketing strategy, budget and employ a marketing campaign to elevate the visibility and sales of seaweed and seaweed value-added products. The consultant's role is pivotal in integrating seaweed and its value-added products into the national market, thus fostering the growth of the Belize seaweed industry. 

The skilled Logistics & Administrative Officer will facilitate event and field activity logistics, provide administrative support, assist in promoting and selling association and member seaweed value-added products and services. Responsibilities include organizing farm maintenance and special events logistics, handling payments, sales, record keeping, office upkeep, and reporting. 

The proactive and detail-oriented Seaweed Farming Officer is responsible for maintaining operations of BWSFA's seaweed farm situated near Ray Caye (Hatchet Caye), 22 miles off the coast of Placencia. This dynamic role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including seaweed farm maintenance, processing, drying, data collection, engaging presentations, informative tours, planning, and reporting. Thriving under pressure, this role demands an individual who consistently demonstrates a proactive mindset, continually seeking innovative and effective ways to get the best results.
